[THE BRIEF]

Multiple Action Research Group (MARG) had years of valuable work on ngo-marg.org, but the site made it hard to find. The goal was a modern revamp that keeps all the existing content.

[WHAT WE DID]

    Content-first redesign

    A new structure and visual system built around MARG's existing pages, reports and programmes.

  2. 02

    Prototype first

    A fast HTML/CSS/JS prototype so the team could click through the new site before any rebuild.

  3. 03

    Two build paths

    Options for a WordPress build the team can edit, or a fully dynamic Next.js build.
